Jeroen Harteveld – Founder & Chair | Impact investor with 25+ years of experience in emerging markets, ex-FMO & Deloitte. Managed the €600M MASSIF fund before founding CARIF.

Esther Njoroge – Board Member | Development finance expert with experience at FMO and IFC, focusing on blended finance, financial inclusion, and innovative investment structures.

Peter Martens – Secretary | Founder of Blue Harbour Curaçao, former Director at Invest-NL, and experienced economic development advisor.
